  • Mentorship

    High school students are eligible to participate in a free, year long, one-on-one mentorship program with a medical student to learn more about medical school.

  • Online Resources

    RGM provides free online resources for help with college applications, scholarship opportunities, testimonials, and blog posts written by medical students and physicians.

  • Virtual Events

    Each month, RGM hosts online seminars with medical students and female physicians to answer questions from high school students.

Learn about the medical profession

Each virtual event is targeted towards learning about the medical profession and the experience women have in the medical field. Blog posts, testimonials, and medical student mentorship provide additional resources to learn about medicine and the process to become a physician.

Learn new skills

Outside of mentorship and online seminars, RGM provides resources for college application help, opportunities to volunteer in the community, and the chance to improve upon soft skills.

RGM also gives medical students the opportunity to grow as a mentor and develop leadership skills through assisting others.
